Over the summer I got a new roommate, Brooke Foster. We met in the library through a mutual friend. She moved in during the summer and we both worked like crazy so I typically only saw her at night. We have had some great talks over the past few months from pron to boys to running to waitress-ing . My favorite things about Brooke are that she is hard worker, studies hard, cooks good food, laid back and easy going. Overall a comfortable person to be with.
Me and Brooke the day I moved out.
Cait and I moved into together two and a half years ago. We were randomly put in an apartment on 500 south. Thanks to Amy or Kim as my mom called her (she was Asian) . Cait did not like me at first and has warned me to have better first impressions. Apparently I come off as mean... but then she learn that I wasn't THAT mean and we decided to live together again. Cait found a great apartment on 1300 east and so when I came back to Utah after the summer we moved into the same room. Cait and I make a great pair and here is why: we just get each other. Probably because we have lived together for so long but also because from the beginning we were considerate of each other. I know that Cait is not a morning person therefore I wait for her to talk to me when she wakes up. She knows like the dishes done so she does hers pronto. etc etc etc. Anyways she is a great roommate. I will miss talking to her about classes and boys and all our inside jokes. Like "shiz Utah students say" ("I like your cardigan and Toms" and "I'm pre-med"). Cait is funny (like really funny), smart, courageous (she picked one of the hardest majors at the U and never let anyone tell her that she can't do it), great fashion, and a hard worker.
Me and Cait moments before I left Utah in the room we shared for a year and a half.
If you ever run into one of these girls, stop and chat. It will be worth your while.
Brooke, sorry I wrote more about Cait but I've lived with her longer.
We miss you. Come back.
