Top 8 (cuz I can't think of 10)

Top 8 most exciting things that have happened...in a while.

8. General Conference. Every missionary's dream.  Bet you didn't know that Elder Scott Translates his own talks.

7. I searched and searched for rain boots and only found one pair that were really expensive, so I told the sales lady I would risk it.  It rained cats and dogs the next morning so I returned to the store with my head down and was greeted with, "now do you want the boots?"

6. The same week a member bought be new shoes...I don't know if I should be offended or not...I guess her daughter is serving a mission and needed new shoes so she bought me some.  They are ugly and hurt my feet.  Sunday shoes!

5.  I went running and saw the sun rise over the Atlantic Ocean.

4. I had to translate a conversation for a "gringa" and now I feel super powerful that I know two languages.

3. I went on "divisions" with a "grigita" that is scared of almost everything (including walking down hills).  I was super nervous because this would be the first time I was the on in the companionship that knew the most Spanish.  Then I panicked as she prayed and cried for like 15 minutes just to the apartment.  But everything worked out.

2.  I went on "divisions" with a member of the ward, Myra.  She is 18 and thinking about serving a mission.  We had an amazing day.  We had an hour left to go and she could barely walk becasue of blisters on her feet.  I prayed super hard someone would let us in so we could sit down.  I knocked one door and we got in.  Marking the second surprise lesson of the day.  If she doesn't want to serve a mission now, I don't know what will make her want to.

1.My comp literally tripped and fell twice, which is funny no matter where you are, and what languate you speak.

Love you all,
Hannah

Hermana Rowley with her meds...I told her not to smile because that meant it could get worse and she responded, "sometimes you really scare me."  haha

A stranger gave me advice for this "sleep dog" photo
